FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW FAST CAN TOTAL LIGHT DELIVER MY ORDER?
Assuming your product is in stock, we ship orders within 48 hours of receipt from Florida, reaching most US cities within 5-7 days. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. As always, there may be shipping delays due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions, for which we cannot be held responsible.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?
Customers are welcome to call to place orders or ask questions M-F 9am until 5pm Eastern by calling 1-877-TOTAL-LT (877-868-2558)
WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Please place International orders by phone (call 877-868-2558) so that shipping and export requirements can be handled.
WHAT IF MY DELIVERY IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
We are here to help from order to install. Please call 877-868-2558 OR email us info@totallight.com with delivery issues. Lost orders are subject to our investigation. If an order is incorrectly addressed, you will be responsible for costs related to corrections.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS AND RETURNS?
Refunds and Returns are handled by calling 1-877-TOTAL-LT (877-868-2558). An RGA number is required to process all returns for both new (still in the box) and used products (see warranty guidelines). Credits for returns are generally processed within 24 hours of receipt.

HOW CAN I GET HELP INSTALLING TOTAL LIGHTS?
We supply the highest quality products for your landscape lighting installation, but we have limited knowledge of your project, environment, local building codes and regulations. We are happy to help with product questions by phone (877-868-2558), but we recommend consulting with a local landscape contractor or electrician.
ARE TOTAL LIGHTS AVAILABLE IN A STORES OR SHOWROOMS?
We have no showrooms at this time.
